These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Areca by The Vatika website and the enquiry/booking process. By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Areca by The Vatika is a premium PG/co-living accommodation located in Ahmedabad. The website and enquiry form are provided by The Vatika.

2. Use of the website

  • You agree to use the website lawfully and only for personal, non-commercial enquiry purposes.
  • You will provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry.
  • You will not attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape, or misuse the site or its data.

3. Enquiries and bookings

Submission of an enquiry through this site does not constitute a booking. A confirmed booking is established only after:

  • A property visit (in person or virtual)
  • Submission of valid ID, address proof, and (where applicable) student/employer verification
  • Payment of the security deposit and first month’s rent
  • Signing of the resident agreement

4. Pricing

Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change. The final price applicable to your booking will be the one stated in your resident agreement at the time of booking.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, layout, code — is owned by or licensed to Areca by The Vatika. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Our website may link to third-party websites (Google Maps, WhatsApp, social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Areca by The Vatika is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have actually paid to us in the preceding 30 days.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
