1. Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after payment of the security deposit and first month’s rent, along with submission of valid ID/address proof and signing of the resident agreement.
2. Cancellation before move-in
- 14 or more days before move-in date: Full refund of advance rent. Security deposit refunded.
- 7–13 days before move-in: 50% refund of advance rent. Security deposit refunded.
- Less than 7 days before move-in: Advance rent is non-refundable. Security deposit refunded.
3. Notice period for vacating
A standard 30-day written notice is required before vacating. The notice must be sent in writing (email or WhatsApp) to our management. The security deposit refund is processed within 7–15 working days after final room inspection.
4. Security deposit deductions
The security deposit may be partially or fully withheld in case of:
- Damage to the room, furniture, or common property beyond normal wear and tear
- Unpaid dues (rent, utility charges, mess charges)
- Loss of property-issued keys, access cards, or fittings
- Vacating without the required 30-day notice
5. Refund process
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment mode (bank transfer/UPI) within 7–15 working days of the final inspection or cancellation approval. We will share a deduction summary (if any) along with the refund.
6. Force majeure
In the event of natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with affected residents on a case-by-case basis. Standard cancellation terms may be relaxed at our discretion.
