The Areca open-air theater is built in the garden courtyard — big projection screen, full HD projector, surround sound, and comfortable bean-bag & deck seating for 40+ residents. A smaller indoor lounge is available for rainy nights and late-night binge sessions. Movies, live matches, stand-up specials, festival screenings — curated by residents themselves. No membership, no fees — if the screen is on, you’re welcome.
