Deposit

How much is the security deposit?
A fully refundable deposit equal to one month’s rent, returned within 15 days of checkout after standard inspection.
Commitment

Is there a minimum stay?
Yes — a 3-month minimum stay on monthly plans. Short-term stays are available on request at a different rate.
Hidden Costs

Are there any extra charges?
No. Meals, WiFi, housekeeping, laundry, security, power backup and parking are all included. Guest stays and custom requests are the only potential extras.
Payment

How do I pay?
UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card or monthly auto-debit. You get a proper invoice every month for records.
Exit

What’s the notice period for leaving?
30 days’ notice after completing the 3-month minimum. Deposit is refunded post-inspection.
